Using Anki Backgammon Cards to Improve Your Game with Julius High

Julius High explains how to use Anki flashcards for backgammon to improve your game in this video. Rainer Birkle from Germany developed the digital card decks to help players practice difficult cube and checker positions drawn from leading backgammon books and individualized decks of player blunders. The most difficult decisions reappear more frequently in the deck—called "spaced repetition."

Julius High is co-director of the Backgammon for Everyone and Novice workshops at American Backgammon Tour events. Julius won the 2024 Players Cup BMAB Tour.
