About the Event
Two women on Team USA in the WBIF Women's World Team Championship, Irina Litzenberger and Kara Schultz, will be giving a WWB Learning Session on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 6 pm Eastern U.S. time. They will play a Consulting Doubles match against the neural net software eXtreme Gammon, discussing checker and cube decisions as they go. It illustrates how players preparing for a major backgammon tournament can study with a backgammon buddy partner to sharpen their game.
The Session is open to everyone. Observers will be muted to permit everyone to focus on the running commentary by Irina and Kara.
