Roberto Litzenberger will present the key difficult decisions women faced in the Atlanta BMAB event at a Women’s World of Backgammon Learning Session on Tuesday, April 30, at 7 pm EST. The session will include commentary from women who participated in the event as well as other leading experts.

About the Event
Six women competed in the March 2024 Atlanta BMAB event held in conjunction with the Atlanta Spring Classic, representing 25 percent of all entrants. Irina Litzenberger tied for first place on the basis of her 4-1 Win-Loss record. Karen Davis was fourth on the basis of Performance Rating with a 5.75 PR. Both Irina and Karen have been certified as BMAB Masters, two of only five women worldwide to have earned this distinction.
Roberto Litzenberger will present the key difficult decisions women faced in the event. Roberto is a Backgammon Masters Awarding Body (BMAB) Master Class 1. He ranks #50 on the Giants of Backgammon 2022 and #15 on the World Backgammon Federation Backgammon World Rating. He won the 2018 Cherry Blossom Championship. He has played for Team USA in numerous international backgammon competitions; most recently he played for Team USA which won second place in the World Team Championship in Skopje, North Macedonia. He directs numerous BMAB-USA events and was recently instrumental in the launch of the BMAB-USA Players Cup.
