The Women’s World of Backgammon (WWB) Mixed Doubles tournament has struck a resonant chord with participants. It was captured by feedback from one of the participating teams: “I would like to thank you for the organization of this tournament. I really like this format; I think that playing in consultation with another person can enrich our understanding of the game. It widens our perspectives.:)” We couldn’t agree more! It’s also exciting to see Mixed Doubles events at international tournaments such as the recent Nordic Open in Copenhagen, DK. We hope it becomes a growing phenomenon!
